B2Bee was founded by Scott Miller, the entrepreneur who wanted to provide software for accounting that was simpler and easier to use than the currently available options. The application has a double mission: the first “B” in the name stands for business because the goal of the site is to help businesses. The “Bee” is for the honeybee population that is rapidly decreasing. The company donates $0.25 of each monthly payment to the research dedicated to finding out why the honeybee population is dying.

This application is simpler than most other accounting software packages. Data is stored securely online and readily accessible. This is a simplified accounting package for small businesses.

A thirty day free trial is available. The Plan is pay-as-you-go without a long term contract, but is auto-renewed. If a user wants to cancel, they must initiate cancellation.

Of each monthly payment, the site donates 25¢ to research dedicated to saving the honeybees whose population has dropped by nearly 70% in recent years.
